Part of the ship, part of the crew

Each day on the ship brings new challenges and I learn something new. The main thing though - you cannot run the ship alone. If you want to make a big journey - you need a crew. A team. The Captain is not the one who can do all by himself in a fuss. A captain is one who can organize a team in a tough situation.

Another thing I learned - everything you catch in a sea is yours :) so, let’s have another pirate song this Friday!
